2023年9月29日、Mozilla Foundationは "Firefox 118.0.1" をリリースしていました。このアップデートではセキュリティ上の問題が修正されています。
ちなみに、Firefox 118.0は9月27日にリリースされていました（見落としてました😅）
通常は自動でアップデートが行われますが、すぐにアップデートしたい場合はFirefoxのAboutを開くか、以下の公式サイトから最新版をダウンロードして差し替えて下さい。
なお、Firefox 116.0.xからは動作環境の足切りが行われ、以下の環境ではFirefox 115.xまでしか動作しなくなっているのでご注意ください：
- macOS 10.12 Sierra
- macOS 10.13 High Sierra
- macOS 10.14 Mojave
- Windows 7
- Windows 8
- Windows 8.1
